New Patient Appointments - General Health and Pain
Our general health and hormone health new patient appointment is for all patients who aren't coming in for fertility, pregnancy, or an acute pain condition.
Return Patient Appointments
Our return visit appointments are for all patients who have completed a new patient appointment within the last two years. If you've not been to our office for 2 years or are coming in for something new, please choose the corresponding new patient visit.
